Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Julia. This policy explains how and when we ship, and what to expect after your order is on its way. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
Order processing & dispatch
Most orders are dispatched within the next business day after they’re placed. During busy periods, such as sales, new launches, and holidays, dispatch can take up to 7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. We’ll email your tracking details once your order leaves our facility.
Delivery times are estimates only
Any delivery dates or transit times shown at checkout, in emails, or on tracking pages are estimates provided by the carrier. They are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier and is outside our control. Julia is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect address details, or other events beyond our control, and such delays are not grounds for a refund.
Lost, stolen, or undelivered packages
Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier. Julia is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or marked as delivered after they leave our facility. If tracking shows a problem, or your package is marked delivered but you can’t locate it, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation. We’re happy to help you with the information needed to do so, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for packages confirmed as shipped.
Correct shipping information
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Julia is not responsible for orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly, and we cannot reroute, refund, or replace packages sent to a wrong or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us at support@juliaskinco.com as soon as possible and we’ll try to update it before dispatch, though we can’t promise changes once an order is being processed.
International orders, duties & taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay us. Customs processing may also add to delivery times. Refused or unclaimed international shipments may not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged on arrival
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can make it right. Damage claims are handled under our Refund Policy.
