Refund Policy

Returns & refunds

We want you to love your Julia. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must have been purchased directly from Julia.
  • Returns must be initiated through our support team before being sent back.
  • Items must be in their original condition.

To start a return, please contact us at support@juliaskinco.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions for returning your item.

Sale & discounted items

Refunds are only available on items purchased at full price. Items bought on sale, with a discount code, or marked as clearance or final sale are not eligible for a refund. This does not affect your rights in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (see below).

Subscription filters

Replacement filters are delivered every 90 days through our subscription program unless skipped, modified, or canceled before renewal. You can manage your subscription at any time through your account portal, including:

  • Skipping a shipment
  • Updating your address
  • Delaying an order
  • Canceling your subscription

To skip, change, or cancel an upcoming order, please make the change at least 3 business days before your scheduled ship date. Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.

Damages & order issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can make it right. For faster support, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different finish or product, we recommend returning your original item (if eligible) and placing a new order separately.

Warranty

Your Julia showerhead is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If it fails under normal use, contact us with your order number and a short description (photos or video help) and we’ll arrange a repair or replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@juliaskinco.com.
